*please note that if there are authenticity concerns the item must be shipped back to us and will be authenticated from a reputable source at your expense. Both the authentication fee and the full price paid would be refunded if determined inauthentic. Note also that Chanel SA’s are not authorized or trained to authenticate items.

Return Policy, Terms and Conditions

All sales are considered final. Legacy Maison will facilitate no returns or exchanges of completed purchases unless a significant defect was not disclosed. If the wrong product is shipped to the buyer, the buyer will be provided with a prepaid label to return the item to Legacy Maison, at which point the correct item will be shipped. We do not change addresses or items on orders once they are placed. (As an exception, orders may be refunded up to 97% if canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, with the remaining 3% retained to cover payment processor fees.)

Each item is purchased “AS IS.” While Legacy Maison provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship. Should a purchased item show any defects in the future, the cost of repair falls solely on the buyer.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for contacting Legacy Maison, who will assist by filing a claim with the shipping company. Customers may also reach out to Legacy Maison for help with claims and customs.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding addresses, regardless of the shipping service used. The buyer who places an order and provides a forwarding address is solely responsible for contacting the forwarding service and locating the shipment.

The seller will ship the bag only to the address on file. The buyer agrees to select the correct address before making payment. The buyer also agrees to sign for the item or retrieve it from their local post office if not home. Should the buyer initiate a chargeback for any reason or attempt fraud, all legal actions will be taken by local and federal authorities.

By paying for a Legacy Maison product, signing for it, and receiving the item, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions as outlined above.

Should these terms and conditions be violated, the buyer agrees to forfeit a 25% non-refundable deposit. The buyer will be issued a partial refund upon the return of the item in its original condition (unused and undamaged), with postal fees at the buyer’s expense. These terms also apply to the buyer’s bank or credit card used for the purchase.
